Solution Overview

The company deployed UiPath RPA to automate the new hire enrollment process. The RPA bot was designed to perform the following tasks:

  • Data Extraction: The bot extracted new hire information from a MySQL database table, including personal details, job information, and required documents.

  • GUI Data Entry: Using a Graphical User Interface (GUI), the bot automatically entered the new hire data into the company's systems. This included creating records in HR management systems, generating Employee IDs and Email IDs, and setting up profiles in Workforce management tools.

  • Data Validation: The bot cross-validated data entries in different systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Notifications: The RPA bot sent automated notifications to relevant stakeholders, such as IT for email setup, and generated welcome emails to new hires.

  • Reporting: The bot generated comprehensive reports on the onboarding status, ensuring transparency and tracking of the process.
