Our Solution 

Our approach involved the implementation of a tailored Managed Connectivity solution leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) technology: 

  • IoT Connectivity Implementation: We deployed IoT devices at each charging station to establish a reliable and secure network. These devices facilitated real-time communication and data exchange between the charging stations and a centralized monitoring system. 

  • Real-Time Monitoring Platform: A centralized platform was developed to monitor the performance of each charging station in real time. This platform provided insights into key metrics such as charging status, connectivity, energy consumption, and transaction history. 

  • Remote Diagnostics and Maintenance: Our solution incorporated remote diagnostic capabilities, allowing for proactive identification of potential issues. This feature enabled remote troubleshooting and predictive maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance. 

  • Scalable Connectivity Management: The Managed Connectivity solution was designed to be scalable, accommodating the client's plans for network expansion. New charging stations could be seamlessly integrated into the existing system, ensuring a cohesive and efficient charging network across major cities.
